My sister, Agata Boetti, once told me an anecdote about my father that has always resonated with me: during an exhibition titled 'Pio per Mari e Monti' in the 1980s, a young student asked him if he could take a poster from the exhibition to take home. The exhibition featured some of the artist's iconic embroideries, and many collectors and gallery owners enthusiastically tried to get my father's attention, seeking to engage conversation in conversations with him. However, his attention had already been captured by the young student carefully rolling up the exhibition poster. Once the young student left, offering a shy greeting, Boetti, turning to my sister with joy, exclaimed, 'You see? My work is meant for people like that!' Despite Alighiero Boetti's determination and ambition, he wanted his ideas to reach a wide audience, as wide as possible. For this reason, I have decided to produce art objects that are not unique works but limited editions of prints, multiples, artifacts, and furniture that can be purchased at affordable prices, to satisfy the desire for fantasy and beauty that lives in all of us. Working closely with artists to create exclusive collaborations, I aim to bring art into people's homes, not just a few selected people, and I aim facilitate the rediscovery of art object's ability to exist in the everyday lives of individuals. With these editions, we showcase the most adventurous and fun aspect of artistic production and artists: the ability to invent and create something new from an elementary starting point, 'creating something for everyone.'
